If your tv supports HDMI arc/earc and digital audio out - go for the fire stick.
If not, or if you want to get audio connection directly from the device - go for the mi box.

Go with the fire stick 4K max or the all new fire stick 4k. Both support Dolby truehd audio passively
It doesn't support Dolby Atmos?

If you haven't bought it yet and have a bit of budget, go for Apple TV as it is smoother and higher quality.
