I have doubt,what do you mean by sub kooch?
The Krell is a high current amplifer and can deliver 400 Watts without any strain. The components should take that kind of load else would go non-linear at kind volume levels. All inductors are 18SWG and all capacitors are 250 Volts and all resistors are 12 Watts for the high demand from the Krells. Other amplifiers may not require such ratings.

Sure, but will require TS parameters of your drivers for simulation etc. Else if you just looking for a swap of components without any value change then its quite easy. Remember the components you get in the market usually are of 5% to 10% tolerance and you will actually need to measure with a good quality LCR meter before using them. A tolerance of around 1% should be aimed for. I have a HTC brand LCR meter (yes same as the mobile phone brand) and measure all values before fitting to the cross-over. A tolerance of 5% to 10% can cause phase shifts at the cross-over point and also improper impedance vis-a-vis the calculated values.
Yes, the large inductor weighs 450 grams.

At last i have completed Atish ATLs and they will be ready for shipment after 12 Noon. It was completed by mid-night 12:30 AM and tested till 1:30AM. Here are some images of the final speakers. Excuse me for the bad quality of the photos,

Looks professionally made. Felt around the drivers is to minimize reflections from the baffle I guess. Tweeter looks dead on center. Wasn't it better to place it off center for similar reason ?

Exquisite piece of architecture!
All Mission speakers I have come across uptil now had this colour on them. Frankly, I don't like this veneer shade, but, the job has a marvelous finish. No sweat, I can always ask my local carpenter .. later, to add that amount of red or black stain to get the shade of your TV table. But, that comes much later ... now, have to raise the logictics company!

Yeah the veneer shade is a little bleh but the good thing is because it's veneer you can get a polisher to put a little stain on it and then slap on a coat of polyurethane or shellac!

I'm sure the amount of work he's done on the crossover compensates for bafflestep.
If you are seated on a Nilkamal chair, these tweeters are at ear level. Also the cross-over point selected do not cause any off-axis drift due to seating positions. The tweeter is below the mid-woofer to utilize the line length effectively in the TL.
The diffraction from the woofer will be even due to the semi-circular shape of the baffle. There will be no diffraction from the tweeter due to the felt material absorbing them. The woofer baffle diffraction loss then can be brought to the level of the tweeter using a BSC circuit in the cross-over.
Do not go by the photograph on the shade colour. Its darker than you think and it is WALNUT as suggested by you. If needed you can add a more darker shade and finish it with lacqure for more smooth finish and shine.
Also i will mail you separately Allen type screws later to replace the philips screw as i will need to go to the Mumbai market to source them.
