An evening spent 'tweaking' Avidyarthy's ATL Speakers

A brief pain in the neck!
The local transporter who initially was promising a secure and economical transit is singing a different tune. Wants to airlift now @ 8-9K. So, no point going ahead with him.
Have requested Hari to get in touch with GATI - Thane to do the needful. Hopefully, some action expected tomorrow.

Managed to speak with GATI-Thane office today evening after may call transfers and he has asked to call back with address tomorrow morning at 10:30AM for the details as he was closing office at 6:30PM. Will talk with him and finish the formalities.

Asked my office regd procedure with GATI ....

1) They have to be provided with a Declaration cum challan.
2) The doc could be on plain paper
3) It should state that the material is for "personal use" and not for Sale.
4) You may put a tentative value of goods @ 15K
