Anthem MRX700 finding the Serial adapter

Hi FM,

I have the Anthem MRX700 and its an amazing product, but the issue is it uses rs-232 port for software update and ARC configuration hence finding hard to get an adapter. Hope someone in forum has a solution.

Sorry about my ignorance. what are you trying to connect to? an Ethernet port or USB port? A quick search on amazon.in shows a few different kinds of converters.

the only way to connect to you pc is through the rs-232 port(serial port) and i see lot of converters fail.
