Anywhere available old stocks of Wharfedale?

I am looking for Wharfedale speakers.
But since there is a price hike from Sept. beginning, i'm just wandering throughout the city for shop having old stock of these speaker so that I can buy at old rate.

So if anybody know such shop in Chennai/Bangalore, kindly please let us know.

No warranty. I intend to replace the tweeter fabric that was eaten by ants. used 6 months, then lying in carton. purchased in 2009 I think.

Price is audiophile hyeah: since you are likely not interested, I wont quote.
I've been too lazy to sell it in the last one and 1/2 year, eventually I will sell it this year or next.

:lol: I picked up a rag that had by chance been lying just over a crack in the floor/wall corner that was an ant hole. After I wiped the speakers and the dust on the tweeters, I left for while and returned to find the ants all over

I realized how it happened too late.

May be speaker was butter smooth and sweet sounding which attracted wandering ants.

Not a chance. Vectors also increased the rates 2 days back. Now wharfedales are not worth for the price they are sold.

I am just expecting some offers/discount with this October festive season or someone could be selling 9.5/9.2/SW-150 in second hand. Or someone initiate another GroupBuy on the same product with some more discount. Unfortunately I simply just missed the August end of week to buy them with old discounted rate.

Because 3-4 months it took for me to shortlist the speakers to buy with a fixed budget and now the increased price disappoints me even though with advance notice about it.
