Finally got it today. Thanks to jit_devil who showed me a UK website from where I ordered it online.
Picture attached. It is of same size of a USB pen drive.
Soundquality - Improved.
Soundstage - Improved.
Highs are crystal clear.
I am using Windows XP so right now I cannot harness the power of WASAPI with foobar.
No Kernel streaming does not work and Asio4all is super buggy.

Would this make a Klipsch pro media sound better as well?Or is it only for headphones?
None. They declared as a gift.
Well mine is hooked to my Onkyo integrated amp. I use headphones with my laptop only.
