In any case I almost always get a better deal from local stores except on Mobile/Laptop and few other stuff. Specially for Audio equipments I prefer local stores.
My last two speakers purchase were purely over whatapp though

I believe Yes. All dealers I have dealt with so far do. Do check over phone to be sure though.

With the current situation..most dealers would offer courier / delivery...depending on the deal..may charge or not accordingly
