Benq 770st - Expert Opinion ?

Due to Space constraints. I am thinking to buy Benq 770st. cant increase more than 8 feet distance from screen. I can get this model from amazon.com @35K INR. help me decide is this VFM.? Also let me know Benq product reliability.

16 X 11 this is bedroom.

It is quite big . Then why do you need short throw? Close your eyes and go for Epson EhTw 480. Quality is fantastic. I have mounted in the wall. On 11ft side you may put a mount of 2ft and that will be enough for 6x4 screen. If you flush to the wall then you need a bigger screen.

Thanks for reply. please post picture. How much minimum distance is require between wall and projector for ceiling mount? on 16 feet side, there are window one side and another side is door. so I have use 11 feet side only. If we consider 1 feet distance between wall and screen and 2 feet distance between wall and projector. so exact 8 feet is remaining. because of this reason, I am thinking for short throw projector.

I was also thinking on buying Benq770st from amazon.com for the space constraints reason however acer would be much better option in terms of VFM.
I haven't found any feedback or review of first hand user in this forum for Benq770st yet.Did you went for demo of this projector?

Acer H5370BD 72 inch from 8.5 feet distance

BenQ W770ST 149 inch from 8.5 feet distance

Which one should I go for for better home theater experience.

I will get Benq 770st around 35000 through friend and Acer H5370BD around 30000, because recent price changes. EPSON tw 480 should buy from india approx 42000-44000.

I inquired to one of our FM who have done AB comparison of Acer and Benq and he hardly found any diff in pic quality which is what matters apart from screen size where Benq have upper hand.
I couldn't find any dealer here in Mumbai where i could get a demo of Benq

In india price of Benq 770st around 60K INR. but no where available for demo. If someone carry from US then price max is 35K INR. so according to Price Its good deal, if buy from US. But about model performance, no one have any information in this forum.
