I am trying to ceiling mount my PJ using M4 25mm screws as the manual states the length can be min. 20 to max 25mm. However, the M4 screw does not go in any further beyond 13mm into the projector socket.
Has anyone installed BenQ w1070 with a mount and did the screw go in fully to > 20 mm?
