The last one that I got from you was 4-27 stating, "Hi in addition to what is mentioned, there appear to be more expenses involved. I'll hfv full picture only on Monday. I'll revert with complete details on Monday."

I have been a bit tied up with preparation for this show: Lone Star Audio Fest Now that the show is behind me I can devote more time to getting this shipment handled.

I need someone to receive it on that end to make this work fellows. If the Captain is not that guy now can someone else volunteer?

I've got feedback from the shipping guys that there was no response from you when their counterparts tried reaching you. Appears there is a big communication gap.

For the past one week, I've been tied up with some official work and unable to devote anytime. I'll get free tomorrow and visit the three shipping guys and finalise one.

If you think someone can do a better job, I'll be happy to handover the volunteering work to them.

I am closely watching this thread on the progress since beginning. Since it involves a lot of money, inspite of the customs issues, have you guys thought about the questions from IT dept about the source since the shipping is combined?

Alright fellows,

Final arrangements have been made through LavinStar Logistics, Inc.

They just e-mailed over a Bill of Lading and export declaration documents.

And a local trucking company (owned by a friend of mine) just contacted me and said that they will be here to pick it up on Monday.

Hey Danny that is good news. Lavinstar has two strategic partners; one is VGL India and another one is Adithiyaa Global Logistics Pvt Ltd.

Destination charges at Chennai are vastly different between the two. Check with Lavinstar with regard to their strategic partner and also, the destination charges here at Chennai and let us know.

Hey guys, yesterday night (daytime in USA) our shipment has moved out of Danny's place, picked up by Freight forwarding company, Lavinstar.

By now, it would've reached their facility closest to Houston Port. Since it is LCL cargo, it would be loaded on to the ship as and when the container gets filled. Keep your fingers crossed.
