(a) Is there a resolution for the issue that was discussed through emails?

(b) Doesn't it take some time (say a week or greater) for getting the customs cleared after the ship reaches the port on 26th July?

There is no way you can join this group buy as the ship had set sail from US more than two months ago and is expected to reach Chennai today.

Now that you have posted your requirement, all you can do is wait for someone to offer you his stuff.

Not to discourage you but the amount of time and effort that went into this group buy and the level of uncertainty for this to go through (The last few pages are yet to come, trust me) it is highly unlikely that another group buy comes through. I wish someone takes up the next group buy, Danny willing.

I hope someone would back out of making the cabinets and decides to pass on his kits to you.

Danny has gone great lengths so that the requisite numbers are reached like giving additional discount, free shipping et al so that may not be of any help to you. For individual order, you may have to send an email to Danny and get the quote.

yes, individual quote and shipping through USPS is also an option. It will cost you extra on shipping and maybe customs, but you won't need to wait that much.
We still don't know how many more weeks/ months before we will be able to listen to these kits.

Hi guys I've forwarded the mail that the ship has taken berth today morning. I was in Kodaikanal since yesterday night where I went to setup a dear friend's mid fi system with Technics amp & Sansui tuner mated to his Bose speakers; connectivity was low from my mob. Used his ipad to send that mail & then power went off & his wifi went kaput .

I'm in Madurai now. Will be back in Chennai by tomorrow morning , just in time to collect the shipment.

I got my cabs from magma on Sat. Beautifully built. Seriously heavy. Holes properly cut with CNC, including the unusual notch in the tweeter mounting hole. Front baffle not yet fitted so that one can fit the NoRez, crossover, and wiring. Eagerly awaiting the parts from Chennai. I am already fantasising and dreaming about what finishing to use.

And I guess this means that I need to also wire up and fire up my MyRef build as I will need something to drive it. Soldering is done, only wiring up power supply, input connectors and speaker binding posts, and fitting in cabinet is pending.
