Best gear to go with Wharfedale Linton at a reasonable cost

What a coincidence @nitinmi9 stays 5-10 mins away from my house :D

Soon we will be connecting and do some tests.
Met @amrutmhatre90 yesterday at his home.

A very humble and welcoming person. Enjoyed meeting him and listening to his gizmos.

After lot of discussion, the conclusion was - I should try a streamer instead of bluetooth and optical to listen to the songs.

Luckily, I already had an Arylic S50 Pro+ which I was not using (to reduce the number of components in the system)

I hooked into my system, and yes, glad to say there is a lot of difference. Some missing dynamics and body has come back. Additionally, arylic also has remote and basic tone controls, which has now allowed me to use D300 as pure Dac and play with tones especially in low volume listening.

The chain now is -

Arylic
D300 (only dac)
O&B power amp
Lintons

As next step - will replace some connects - coax and rca to a better quality. Any value for money recommendations? don't need long wires. 0.5 mtr preferably.

Changed the RCA cables to Gladen ECO

and what a difference it has made.

Sound has become more clean and detailed. Bass has become tighter too.

and the best - these are quite cheaply priced. (Am always a value seeker !)
