Best Sounding Blu-Ray Player under Rs.16000?

It is time to replace my old Philip DVD player which i use as source for my stereo setup with Onkyo TX8522 receiver and Wharfedale diamond 9.5. I would like to buy a Blu-ray player that has the vital features of a CD and DVD Player. I would also like to stream Netflix.

Any thoughts comcerning the best sounding Blu-Ray player under Rs.16000/- capable of playing almost all CD / DVD audio / video formats in stereo setup.

In case Im wrong, Pls suggest some decent standalone CD / DVD player under Rs.10000/-. Thank you for any advice.

I've had a great experience with the Sony BDP s370, works with everything, is solid with audio, and plays mkv/mp4 from USB as well. It has network connectivity out of the box with widgets for popular video sources. Can't comment on Netflix. Wifi is available as optional.

It had terrific price-to-performance reviews at the time I bought it for Rs 9500. Inclusive of some bluray discs and hdmi cable
