I want to make a Panasonic BD60 Region Free in Kolkata. Kindly let me know where in Kolkata Chip Modification can be done.

Deba, there is a thread started by aneelr which contains the answer to your specific model and query. About Kolkata, not sure. But all you need is to procure the mod chip and some DIY soldering skills.

I am finding no place in Kolkata to get the mod chip or any person who will do it for me against a charge.8-((.....I would prefer a service center to do it for me.......

These mod chips are not available in India. You have to import them and work with a electronics shop to get it installed. As Santosh said, please check the thread started on Panasonic and Oppo mods. All links are available there.
