bookshelf speakers

Hey ,

I am planning to buy a combination of bookshelf speakers and amp to connect to my computer with a 100% emphasis on movies & music.

I want to get analog sound as far as possible so please suggest a amp and speaker.

Going to setup speakers in a 150 sq ft room. Budget: 50 K

Please suggest.

Any of the usual suspects would do fine, sagar. You could go for a Marantz integrated amp say the PM4003 and a Wharfedale Diamond 9.1 or a Cambridge Audio 340 and a Mordaunt Short 902i.

Recently I have heard good things about QAcoustics 1010i bookshelves. For entry level speakers two others I would suggest checking out are PSB Alpha B1 and EPOS ELS3.
