What port length have you used and how did you calculate it?
Also why the port is not flared at the exit?

I haven't calculated port length,this is my first project and it's just to see how good is the driver,there is one more pair of the drivers left and i hope to build a proper speaker and try to fix the problems such as weak treble and low end.

I think trying to coax bass out of this speaker in the sub 100 hz area is a lost cause. If you can't have a sub, then a port might help keep the LF response up in the 100-250hz region.

I am using mine with a Peerless TL25SN

Did you use a crossover?

I am running hi q in a sealed box.
On my nad 3020, with loudness on, and bass at +3, the bass is acceptable. Nothing too low, but at least Jim reeves has enough authority to his voice

Can you please share your cabinet volume or dimensions?
