The smps length is critical only if you want to add an optical drive.

Oh ok then I think I am not planning to put in a optical drive, so it should be a perfect case for my music-pc and also aesthetically matching to my Silverstone GD03 of my htpc. Will keep an eye on the availability, getting the same via Borderlinx from Newegg.com site comes around 6k including everything slightly more than the itdepot pricing but looks good with the current $ rates.
