Cable Broadband vs ADSL Broadband Which is better?

Dear All,

Presently I am using Airtel 4Mbps ADSL Broadband but I want to shift to Alliance Cable Broadband for its cheaper rates and greater speeds and peering for downloads.

Any input / experience regarding cable broadband are highly welcome.My location is central Kolkata.

It is always hit and miss with Cable broadband. Recently installed YOU broadband. They are good as of now with constant good speed.
