Cambridge CDP 640CV2 Service/Repair in Bangalore

I have a CA 640Cv2 which seems to have gone wrong. Sound is coming only from 1 channel. Setup is 640CV2 + 640AV2 +MS908i.
I have tried & flipped around all the ports on the 640AV2 but I am getting dual channel sound from all soures except for 640CV2 which seems to have gone mono.:sad:
Can anyone please help me with what the problem could be? My suspect is the DAC. But do not know where/how in Bangalore of any authorised CA service/repair center.:sos:

Are you sure there is no sound from one channel? Have you crosschecked with other wires and/or amp/speaker?

Contact Palani of Audio Planet...its a place behind Koramangala BDA complex. It's above a car accessory shop called Auto Planet or something...

Yes, I changed cables, surce inputs on th amps, reversed and everything....
