You can try buying Lens cleaner cd, sucess rate may be low, better contact a service person near you.

CD cleaner can not wake up a dead player.

Take of the lid. Using a clean cotton ear bud swab, gently rub the cd lens unit. It may move a bit while doing this and thats fine. Don't exert too much pressure.

Sounds like a relatively new unit that you shouldn't have to clean the lens.

The lens cleaning apart, Sony service once advised me to leave a disc always on the disc tray to minimise the chances of dust accumulating on the lens.

Hi,
I think you should try to clean your CD11 using soft and clean clothes, and gently wipe the lens in a circular motion to remove dust and dirt particles. Maybe this method will work.
