Copying file is to slow

I got the Samsung evo ssd 256gb nd the wd blue 1TB. Huge improvements in system improvements mainly with system boot up. But the main reason I went for them is to improve copying speed and I am in total disappointment 7700rs flushed down the toilet

The screenshot shows 77 MB/sec. That's good. Damn now I am doubting my setup. I although added a PCIex USB3.0 ( Transcend PCI Express Interface USB 3.0 Expansion Card ), however, I don't think I am getting 77mb/sec speeds. Need to check.

Oh is it? i was expecting more then 150. I am using Asus h110-D mother board which has inbuilt usb 3.0
