Crap tata sky,..no one can tel how to drop dhamal mix and choose al a carte

Hi,

No one at tata sky is able to tell how to move to Al a carte mode from dhamal mix pack. There is no option online to drop an online pack too.

Hell man...no one at cce knows about it

What i suggest call to customer care & give request for the package you want to add or delete . . its easy and stress free . . .

This title just brought large grin on my face. I thought Alcatel is competing with TS?. I remember working with that telecom major company :D [no pun intended]

Tata Sky only allows to add channels online. For removing anything you have to call the customer service. I guess you can call them up and ask them to discontinue dhamal mix pack. You can then go and do a la carte subscription on the website. This is the way I manage my tatasky package.

Tata Sky however has extremely high charges for a la carte selection. I found Airtel pricing individual channels much more competitively.

One cant do it online, you have to call their customer care and ask them to change your pack to a la carte and mention the channels you want to add to it.

Go their website check and make a list of channels you want; calculate the price. Then call the customer service and get rid of the Dhaamal or whatever pack you are using. Mind you you will need to have sufficient balance in your account; for the switch over.
