DAC with USB and digital/optical

I am looking for a good DAC with USB and one digital or optical input. I need it to be able to handle 24/192 files over USB too so that I can use it with my laptop.

Budget is not more than 50K though cheaper the better. Any suggestions ?

On further reading about it, I found out that it's very limited when USB is used.

Did you buy audiolab CD8200? It has a DAC option too.

Shivam, if you want 24bit 192kHz support over usb not sure if there are any dac's with in your budget presently.

Workaround would be buy any dac of your choice and use M2Tech hiface with it.

I had heard Emotiva XDA-1 sometime back and had liked it. I was wondering why they had started a clearance sale but if they are planning XDA-2, it makes sense.

How is Lindemann USB-DAC 24/192 ? Any reviews ?

I am in the look out for a 24/192 around 50k. And I think using hiface interface will be the best vfm.
The options could be one of:
1) Musical Fidelity M1 DAC
2) Music Hall DAC25.3
3) Rega DAC
4) Benchmark DAC (or the more expensive DAC-USB)

Although I have no idea where to audition these in India
