Has anyone used one of these ?
Was trying to get a response out of my speakers
Plugged them into my NAD/Philips HiQ combo. Was expecting a drop off due to the sealed box cabinet, plus some peaks and dips at the HF due to my jugaad Peerless TL25SN integration

But when I did a sweep using phone -> NAD 3020-> Speakers
I found that the there are several peaks in the 200-800hz region which is on average 10 db Below the reference 1Khz, and the HF region, which goes gradually down and is 10dB down on average compared to the 1khz level

but when i play white noise, things seem more or less flat

Am I doing something wrong?
I am using audiotool on android and it has loaded the imm6 calibration file

I doubt the hardware/dsp is flat since the phone is not a measurement device. Its tuned for voice.

To confirm take close mic'ed measurements of a fullrange driver. Probably the pattern may be same confirming that the mic input is far from flat.

I am trying to measure response of my speakers using imm6 and audiotool, but not able to understand how to generate the signal for testing? Do I need to use other hardware/software for generating signal?

I was thinking that audiotool will be able to do it, but I am not able to understand how.
Can someone please help?
