Decent Short Throw projectors

Hi, I need help in selecting a good short throw projector. This not for a HT setup but will be mostly used for watching TV channels. The brands that I am looking for are Benq, Optoma or Epson. Am open for other brands too. Don't need a latest model, 1 or 2 years old model will also do. Looking for a 100" image size (screen). Budget is around 50-70K.

Benq 1080ST+. Excellent picture and gives more than 100 inches at short distances. Price may be slightly higher than your budget.

Thank you all for the valuable suggestions... finally bought Epson 525W... have not done the set up yet. Will let you know once done...
