Dedicated sub or floorstanders?

I am getting a deal on Klipsch RW10 for about 22k.

What do you think? If you are aware, it is probably decades old.

Sorry. I was offline for a whole week.
The sub is good. The price is not.
I won't pay more than 5K for that sub.
