The Crossover PCB's are of no use.... my Fault. Now i need to itch another set of same, I had made a new layout already, will try to etch tomorrow.

I think the inductors should not be in same direction and plane since they will interact. The picture in the link shows the best options for two inductors on a same crossover.

I don't remember the links.... But in many diy crossover videos....they said those coils should be perpendicular to each other. I'm not sure how serious the problem is..or if it can be ignored....

This is good soldering practice to provide better connectivity and to prevent corrosion.

All true but is soldering material better or faster than copper?Electrons usually travel on surface.
Similarly l prefer pure copper speaker cable over tinned.
Or oil paint better option to prevent corrosion?

The Soldering layer is only for Tinning Purpose, it will prevent the copper from oxidization (corrosion) over the time.

After a long Diwali vacation here is some update on the enclosures. Completed the assembly of front and back.

The black line in below pic looks like a crack, but its a marking done with black marker.

I will fit one more wooden baffle of 8 or 6 mm thick on Top and Bottom Side to completely seal the groves on side walls.
