Nice! What were you planning to bevel?
If it works out, i will let you know, Secondly this one is good for setting degree of chamfer.

The Crossover PCB's are of no use.... my Fault. Now i need to itch another set of same, I had made a new layout already, will try to etch tomorrow.

I don't remember the links.... But in many diy crossover videos....they said those coils should be perpendicular to each other. I'm not sure how serious the problem is..or if it can be ignored....

All true but is soldering material better or faster than copper?Electrons usually travel on surface.
Similarly l prefer pure copper speaker cable over tinned.
Or oil paint better option to prevent corrosion?

After a long Diwali vacation here is some update on the enclosures. Completed the assembly of front and back.

The black line in below pic looks like a crack, but its a marking done with black marker.

I will fit one more wooden baffle of 8 or 6 mm thick on Top and Bottom Side to completely seal the groves on side walls.

Fantastic work....can't wait to see the finish product. Aren't they too big for BS? They are almost like FS speaker.
