does Jamo pair with Marantz

I was at a Hi Fi showroom in Pune ( Melody something) in Koregaon Park area.
I was hoping to audition the Marantz stereo amps with matching speakers, they unfortunately only stock Jamo.
Well I auditioned the Marantz 6003 Pm with Jamo ( didnt get the model number) but as the demo space was illdesigned - barely 6 -7 feet between the speakers and the glass that seperates the showroom from the main road couldnt quite blame if it was the acoustics of the room or the speakers that was responsible to start my headache...

the question is does Jamo combine with Marantz stereo amps ..any food for thought on this welcome..

When i auditioned Marantz with Jamo, Entry level speakers sounded nice with Marantz. eg S606. With high end of Jamo, Marantz sounded very very warm. Onkyo sounded much better with Jamo's.

Unfortunately all Jamo shops keep only Marantz.

Jamo C609 and Jamo C809 was best in my last audition. The AVR was 7005.

Marantz is a perfect match for c 607 805 807 809

dont bother with s606, its a pile of poo speakers and s718 either.

c407 is also not good for marantz

Hi corElement, you were once all praise for the Jamo S718s, until you sold them. Did you eventually start dis-liking them? Wanting to hear from you before I audition them. I'm looking for Floor-standers with good mid-range and some good bass. Please comment.
