FireStick Lite Issue

I have got a firetvstick lite with me which was being used by my staff in the office. I am facing an issue with it. Whenever we switch it on, the welcome window appears and then it automatically starts getting restarted. This happens quite often. The welcome logo of firetv keeps appearing repeatedly as if I have restarted it.

Any body faced this issue before? What was the remedy adopted? I did not perform factory reset yet. The software too was updated about 15 days back.

Please suggest.

Check the power adapter. Are you using the original adapter? I had the same problem and after replacing the power adapter, it worked well. Also check the HDMI cable and try to connect to different port in the TV. If nothing works factory reset is the only option.

I am using the same power adapter which was supplied with the Firestick. Will try to connect to a different port & check. Thanks a lot.
