Contacted to seller and he assured to refund the amount for them asap. The packaging of BDs was pathetic and damaged the cover completely of 1 BD in transit, the disc was lying on the edge of broken cover. But didn't open the seal and talked to seller about it. He assured to replace the piece, free of cost.

Though none of my disk/ box of damaged, but packing was pathetic. Not even a bubble wrap.

Strangely the package does not contains any details/ serial no./ seller's name etc. on it, unlike blue dart and other reputed courier companies. It is really unbelievable that they used Fedex (I was not home when the courier guy came to deliver)

Regarding the cancellation of the order, I contacted the seller and he instantly said that he will refund without citing any reason. Then again I contacted amazon and I was informed that the seller has already initiated a refund.

When I asked about the reason of cancellation, the amazon customer care told me that (1) the seller must have forgotten to pack those 2 bds since they have details of 5 bds in invoice (2) must be out of stock.

Later amazon emailed me saying that the two bds are out of stock and hence my money has been refunded.

Instantly, I searched the seller's store that those two bds are there but at a higher price.

Now I have again emailed amazon asking for explanation regarding their out of stock feedback for cancellation. Let's see where it goes. :yahoo:

On a sweeter note, got 7 BDs from flipkart (This thread was started with flipkart but most discussions are related to amazon)
