I found this recently and was pleasantly surprised. Buying books online is no longer a novelty, has not been for a few years now. Flipkart and Landmark still hold sway on this in India, this following website could change that,

Have not ordered anything yet so can not comment on the service aspect, but should not be too hard to deliver books on time.
