Genelac active monitors : need suggestions !

I am going for a active monitor 2ch setup.

Heard the basic Genelac 6010 and they were amazing.

Am considering now Genelac 8030.

Need all your valuable suggestions on Genelac in particular and active monitors in general.

You can consider Dynaudio BM5A and BM6A. But Genelec 8030 is real good. The kind of imaging it can do is simply outstanding.

But do understand that you won't be going down below 48-50 Hz.

Also try the Adam A7s-I much preferred the ribbon tweeter between the two.

Neumann Kh 120 , genelec 8030 and Focal cms 65 are very good active monitors , which can work as your main speakers . I can tell you , though they are not as clean sounding as amp and speaker set up , but they give very dynamic , detailed and lively sound , which give you a feeling of live listening.
