i had done this a few weeks back and they had informed me that the box was not available at that time, however i got 3 calls this morning say you had requested for HD set-top box and it is now available.

I had called Tata Sky a couple of months back enquiring about the HD STB. Operator told me they will get back to me. I totally forgot about it. Got a call from Tata sky a few mins back. They said few STBs are available now. I paid for it over the phone. I should be getting the STB in 5 days. At least thats what he told me. Will update once I get it. Price is the same Rs2590.00.

Its available in Pune, NCR, and Delhi only. The cost is 2599 with free installation. No other offers are there. They expect in Chennai by 25th of this month.

yes, I think its 100 rs or something and you get all channels that you have taken as part of your primary package. For example, if you had taken annual package then the same annual package will be available in the second STB also for 100rs / month instead of some 6k

They haven't released the same in Kerala where I will be installing it.So I have given an address in bangalore they can deliver and I will be carrying it to kerala to install it.

I just called the tata sky helpdesk to check the availability of HD box they were clueless. I have sent an SMS to 56633. I have been waiting patiently for more than a month. I hope they will make it available at least by end of this month.

Got the call from TataSky few hours back and went ahead with the purchase @ Rs.2599 via IVR. ETA: 3-5 days.

Offer: All channels are free for 1 month if paid through Visa/MasterCard. The sales person was not sure if the offer covered the HD pack though ;-)
