No, it is available on Saregama:

I remember when this album was recorded the original radio advertisements came from HMV, then the cassette got released from Weston. So HMV may have just allowed others to distribute. In any case, the rights seem to be with Saregama right now.

If Sony is releasing Ghar/Ijazzat LP we can ask them to release Libaas LP also,as the songs were released on cassettes and CD format only

LIBAAS will be great. I suggest a combination with MANZIL (RDB) since this was released on EP as far as I know and the EP is also not available readily in used vinyl market. Above all the songs are great too. LIBAAS / MANZIL won't be bad I think.
 
In the wake of great recording and success of Dil Padosi Hai LP, I think Drohi would be a better choice alongside Libaas. We can assume a good master copy archived for both.

Yes i think Drohi alongside Libaas would be great combo.I think saregama has the rights for Drohi too.
