HDMI ARC its support only 2.1 ch audio in Panasonic TH-HX625DX

Any body please help me, In my TV when i connect home theater through HDMI ARC its support only 2.1 ch audio over PCM mode only . but when i connect through optical out its support surround sound in Auto as well as in Dolby Digital Plus mode and but 2.1 ch audio available in PCM later I find that 5.1 audio not support through ARC especially streaming video. please help me to connect HDMI ARC in surround sound mode.
