I came across this forum today while searching for DIY speakers.

Good to know there's an community for audiophiles in India. From Bangalore. I have a pair of speakers, the speakers are bad but the box(wooden) are good. I was looking for advice on what kind of speakers to buy and am also looking for an amplifier for these speakers. If anybody in bangalore can help me out, I would be willing to pay for advice.

You are lucky to be from Bangalore because one Mr.Sreekanth ( soundsgreat) is also from Bangalore who is a DIY freak , sure he is going to help you in speaker project., please post your speaker photos once it is completed.

Abhishek Please do let me know what those speakers are ?? also just one info,The speakers that you mention are called drivers and the box that contains these drivers are called speaker !! Please do let me know the details for me to comment or offer a help !

Regarding the Amp also let Us know your thoughts for Us to suggest !
