Help: AVR - Front Right Speaker - No ouput

Today I finally setup my new Sony STR-DH520 AVR and new Energy Take Classing 5.1 Speakers. Both brought from US.

Unfortunately Front Right Speaker output is not coming. :sad:

I tested the right speaker and its cable by connecting to the Front Left output. Speaker works fine. Sorround Left - Right & Sub-woofer also work fine. I use banana plugs to connect the front speakers. I also tried directly connecting the wire to the input. No luck.

Since I bought the AVR in US, will not be able to take it to the service center also.

Can you please help to fix this issue.

Finally fixed it. Braved to open the brand new AVR after seeing a dent near the front spear connections. Saw the speaker connection panel pushed back may be due to rough check-in baggage handling.

Have put a permanent small plastic scale to push the panel forward by resting it against the cooling fins. :clapping:

Now listening to true 5.1 ... with The Departed blu-ray on ! hyeah:
