The above PANASONIC DMP-BD35 is having a multichannel 5.1 analogue audio output, which it can decode HD audio to old A/V receivers and also has HDMI1.3 complaint for both HD audio and HD video.

The above PANASONIC DMP-BD-55 is having a multichannel 7.1 analogue audio output, which it can decode HD audio to old A/V receivers and also has HDMI1.3 complaint for both HD audio and HD video.

The above SONY BDP-S550 is having a multichannel 7.1 analogue audio output, which it can decode HD audio to old A/V receivers and also has HDMI1.3 complaint for both HD audio and HD video.

I think,pan BD35 can decode aud,but dont have 5.1ana out,it sends over HDMI.
BD55 has that.

BD 35 offers only 2 channel analogue output. 55 offers 7.1

Otherwise they are exactly the same.

Panasonic has launched new line of blu ray players in 2009: BDP-BD-60, BD70, BD-80 in succession to their previous generation players BD-35, BD 50, BD 55.
But in India only BD60 is availiable officially thorough Panasanic Dealers

Go through Panasonic india website there you would be able to find the name of the dealers. Right now I think that BD60 is only on the order basis as most of the BDP 30 i.e older stock still exist with the dealers.
