I am new to room acoustics .Can any one guide me regarding acoustic foams.
1-Can it be made in india(i have a friend who owns a foam factory, he says he can make it if the specifications are given )
2-What are the specifications PPI ect .
3-Are foams used for bass traps different from the foams used on walls?

Usually foam will handle high frequency. For bass trap think about rockwool/glass wool minimum 4 inch thick. I have right now started to build super chunk bass trap (rockwool)
