Hi I am looking for creating my hometheater package. I already have a media player and 42 inch Full HD TV. So far I had decided on following:-

Denon AVR-X520BT A/V Receiver ( 40 K) and Polk Audio PSW110 Subwoofer ( 19 K).

Since my budget is getting almost exhausted here I am looking to add specialised 5.1 setup speakers later. As of now I am looking for budget friendly speakers ( not more than 10 K for 5 speakers) for my above woofer and receiver.

Please suggest. Further, am i going the right way or should i tweak by budget allocation.

You can get a decent setup in this budget if you adjust all things a bit.
AVR: Denon AVR-X520BT: Its a 5.2 AVR. I think you can find better AVR in this price range. You can also look for used one in decent price.
PSW110: I think you can get it around 16.5K
5 Speakers: Taga Harmony 5 Spks: 23K
Speaker Systems : Taga Harmony TAV-506 V.2 Home Theatre Speaker System

Same can be think of but I dont have option of buying floorstanding coz of space constraint. Further, I already started looking for another AVR.

Hi

Any particular reasons for choosing a subwoofer first and not speakers ?
Normally speakers should be the first priority followed by amplifier and required cables.

I guess you should look for the Denon 520 or Yamaha 481 (with WiFi) and look for a good Bookshelf speakers with 5-6.5" Driver and get the cabling for the complete 5.1. Then keep on adding the balance stuff as your finance permits.
