@sunilsanketh - there are a few recent and ongoing discussions on very similar lines as a lot of members have contributed to those discussions, it might help you to go over those posts.

Sir.

1. For a budget of 4.5 you can pick an AVR with at least 7.2 or 5.2 Pre outs. Yamaha and Marantz have well priced options.
2. Pick up floor standers for front ie Klipch or focal or b&w.
3. Pick up a strong centre and a good single sub.
4. If you can manage expanding the budget a bit, then go for atleast a single amplifier for left and right speakers. Others can be run by your AVR. You’d be surprised to know that AVRs claiming 100/150 watts per channel actually can barely pump 30/50 watt per channel when more than 2 channels are driven simultaneously (ie when watching movies). This kills the dynamic response and the oomph. A power amp can sort it out good.
5. Adding a little bit in room acoustic correction from the word go will also make a huge difference.
Cheers.

It depends on your taste, :) you have a good room size to start with. But as @prateekatasniya asked, is it a dedicated room or trying to setup in a living room ?. If you are converting living room, general preference is to go with a good 4K TV for multipurpose viewing and music listening. If you are more towards having a true Cinema experience, then dedicated room is preferred with some basic sofa setup. Then the Video section comes, how big you want the screen and, projector selection etc... Then tackle the audio part depending on your taste and budget. you can start with floor standing and go to BTS with identical LCR speakers. Mid range AVR's can reasonably drive most of the speakers. But as @sourabhpach stated dont get carried away by power claims. you can go with pre-out and expand your wings form there. Next main thing is the wiring and acoustics. There is lot of Gyan on these topics from DIY and well-know members, my only suggestion is stick to the basics (min required). rest assured you will have a good experience.
