Horrible experience with LG

I’m extremely frustrated with LG so I’ll keep this short.
I bought a LG C2 from Lg website on 20 Jun. Till date it has not been delivered even after more than 15 calls, emails, messages.
Today LG marked it as delivered even though it has not been delivered.
I would really caution everyone against ever buying LG products.
I’m attaching the twitter thread detailing my struggles.

Twitter is the best tool for escalation as everyone can see it! Copy the Cops, LG international handle too.

LG website which you have registered might be a scam site.fishing site.
All fishing sites they resemble exactly same as the original one.they even make official letterheads seals purchase orders even invoice fake . please check for it.im sure that it will be a fishing site.

It’s not. I’ve been interacting with their support. They recognise the order number, etc.

Update: got refund today. Filing a charge back with credit card helped
