How to change language in the hotstar app of LG OLED C8

I’m using LG OLED C8 model and not able to change the language of the thats been played. Example: when any live CWC 2019 match, default language is selected to hindi and Im not anle to change it
Is this a known hotstar app issue?

"Up" button on LG remote will pop the Hotstar setting menu.
Click and select the language of choice.
