how to get 5.1 sound in tatasky HD-pany42v20-onkyo608

still i dont have any satelite dish.but i can watch movies now channel.wow...nut unable 2 hear HD audio.so i can decide 2 get tata skyHD & onkyo 608 soon.
my qustions:
1-if possble 2 get HD audio using tata skyHD,onkyo 608?
2-how 2 upconverted normal sd channels audio(M tv,v channel) 2 HD audio?

No HD STB will offer HD Audio in near future. Only Dolby Digital 5.1 is available on some of the HD channels. Except for Dish TV and Big TV, all offers DD5.1.
