i am looking to buy a HSU VTF-2 MK3. I might be able to get this at a reduced price. Not a big price reduction like 20% off or so. But lesser than what you would pay for if you had bought it directly.
HSU is currently on sale already and this sub is usually priced at 550$, hsu is currently offering it at 510$. I might be able to get at a better than this price. Still talking with a couple of people and lets see what happens.

If someone is interested do let me know soon in 2 - 3 days.

I am looking for smaller one VTF 1 as 2 may not fit in my room.I have emailed today & waiting to get final price.

Friend, I am dying to buy one, so count me in, but what about the landing cost?

Cheers,

Please do tell the landed cost.
I would be VERY interested if its less than $510 as you mention in your post.

Thanks ShaQ - Borderlinx gives a quote of circa 42k for this. would be interested in the landed cost after the discount you're looking to get. Keep us posted.

One can see onkyo sub & VTF can fit there.

Hi Spiro,
Hsu says it'll be adequate for up to 3000 cu ft. Even assuming 12ft height for your room, you're coming in at 2550 cu ft, so you should be OK.. But if you're getting a good discount, would it not be better to go a step up?
:D

not sure where u plan to place it...to replace the onkyo.
corners are usually best place...and for this one a little away from the wall is recommended (they have ports) and corner again.

Thanks, well I have no place empty for bigger sub. I need to place below PC trolley where Onkyo lies.Depth is 20in around, breadth is 17in.
Now only option is to replace my PC chair with sub :ohyeah:

Spiro, I think you're taking the concept of buttkicker a bit too far with that one :D

sorry guys...looks like I wasted my time and urs too.
I had written to HSU, they initially replied that they will work something out as prices are crazy for shipping, and today I received another mail and they did a 180. So it is going to be whatever price it is being offered at the website.

The difference is just 40$ between HSU VFT-2 MK3 & Rythmik FV12. So I wil be going with the FV12, and get it shipped the usual way! (the servo technology in FV12 makes it a better buy than the VTF-2 when difference is only 40$) So it looks like it is gonna be 50K for me. :(
