I dont know of any local sources, but I am sure that good silver solder can be locally sourced.In addition with good wire inductors can easily be wound here, since many values may not be off the shelf, and customers may in most cases be willing to wait, all you need to do is to make them to order.

good cabinets for DIY stuff like amp,dac,speakers will be a good idea. you can get them made locally when you order in bulk.the problem i faced with my recent builds was that cost of making good decent cabinets in limited number increased the cost of project way too much...
also you may stock electronic components of popular audiophile DIY projects...
