You are doing it right, take out some time and sell them individually, if you try to sell 50-60 Bollywood LPs as a lot to a vendor in Parade/Naveen market region (you are in Kanpur I guess) you will fetch Rs. 20-30 per LP.....thats the rule of the game

Moreover, if the lot contains common numbers like SILSILA,UMRAO JAAN,ANDHA KANOON,ANURODH,SAGAR,SHOLAY,WAQT,PAKEEZAH etc....it will hardly have any value to vendors.....it will become attractive if it contains rare stuff like ANNADATA,BUDDHA MIL GAYA, BAWARCHI, any 10" LP etc.

consider selling them individually - you will be benefited

Take it as a friendly suggestion, I have no intention of interference, I wish all of your LPs go to a music lover and both of you should be happy

A request -please sell it to an Indian, I don't like USD/GBP hungry Indian ebay seller because of whom our own precious antiques are going to abroad and we are unable to keep them, these ore our assets and its a shame if it goes to foreign hands only because of money

I have already started making lists and have submitted one 'For Sale' thread today.

I too prefer Indian music lovers for the ease of shipping.

Don't worry about assets going into foreign hands. Actually in the LP's I am selling, the opposite is true. These have been sourced from a lot of other countries too.

I have already started selling parts of this and have already sold almost all Indian music LP's. A few of the western classics in excellent condition are already listed now in a for sale thread. Remaining are LP's from genres like country, folk, jazz, pop and a few others.
