Is TCL QLED C715 the Best TV under 45k?

Hey guys I am looking for a decent 50-55inch 4K TV under 45k. I have shortlisted TCL QLED C715 as Toshiba U7980 is not available in my area. Can anyone tell me more about TCL picture quality compared to other budget segment TV like Toshiba u50, Hisense, VU, Thomson, Kodak and Samsung (TUE60A, TU8000)..
