Is this a learning remote ? - Allfor One URC 7556

It is available for about Rs 1900 at ezone. I cannot make out if it is a learning remote from the product specifications. I do not want punch in the codes because I will not get one for all devices.

The web page clearly states this "Learning function for easy addition of original remote functions". Hence this should be a learning one..although I dont posses one nor have tested it.

Many remotes have a limited memory for learning functions, I suggest you view the manual online to see how many functions can be learnt.
