Issue with Onkyo CS-245 while playing Mp3 from USB Pendrive

hi All
I recently purchased Onkyo CS245.
When i tried to run Mp3 Files from USB penDrive which is FAT-32 Formatted it is not executing.
What i can see it detects the USB drive and then a message is displayed "Stopped"
